We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is provided for informational and productivity purposes and does not guarantee admission, funding, employment, or responses from professors or institutions.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all outreach emails and application materials before sending or submitting them.

If you connect Gmail, Microsoft, or another email provider, you authorize us to perform actions you request, such as sending emails and reading replies related to outreach sent through the platform.

You remain responsible for compliance with your email provider’s terms and with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and academic outreach norms.

You may disconnect integrated accounts at any time from your settings.

Certain features require one-time purchases or paid packages. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once digital services or credits have been delivered or used. Contact support if you believe a charge was made in error.

The Service, including software, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by HigherStudy.ai or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

The Service may generate suggestions, drafts, and recommendations using automated systems. Generated output may contain errors or require editing.

You are responsible for verifying accuracy, tone, and suitability before relying on or sending any generated content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outcomes such as professor replies, interviews, or admissions will result from use of the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIGHERSTUDY.AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HigherStudy.ai from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the platform, or where required by law.

Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Disputes will be brought in the courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
